Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Bestie app and website ("Bestie", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Bestie you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bestie.

The service

Bestie is an AI photo editor. You pick a look, provide a photo, and Bestie creates a restyled version. Bestie is free to download. Creating photos uses credits, which are included with some subscriptions or sold as packs.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Bestie. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

Credits, subscriptions and purchases

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
• Prices, credit amounts and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy, and may change.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, except where the law gives you other rights.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the results you create. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

You confirm that you have the right to use each photo, and that anyone clearly shown in it has agreed to it being edited.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bestie to:

• upload illegal content, or sexual content, or any content showing minors in a harmful way;
• edit photos of other people without their consent, or impersonate, harass or deceive anyone;
• create content that is hateful, violent or infringes someone else's rights;
• reverse engineer, attack, overload or misuse the service, or get around credits or limits;
• use automated tools to access the service in ways we do not allow.

We may refuse a request, remove content or restrict access if we believe these rules are broken.

AI results

Results are generated by AI and can be imperfect or unexpected. Similar results may be created for different people. Subject to these Terms, you may use the results you create.

Our rights

The Bestie app, name, logo, looks and everything we provide, except your photos, belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property to you.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep Bestie running well but do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer

Bestie is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Bestie. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Termination

You can stop using Bestie at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continuing to use Bestie after an update means you accept the new Terms.
